Sauce Captain is a blog written by Todd Kuipers a software product manager and sometime entrepreneur based in Calgary.
While Todd has a background and strong interest in economics and public policy the motivation to blog about it really is derived from an interest in human behaviour and motivation. The links shown on this site outline a few of the news sources and blogs that he reads on a weekly if not daily basis.

(Sauce Captain - it was once used by a colleague of mine to describe me as I was perpetually the one that was willing to work out team and project problems over a beer. It might not be the most wise brand for a, hopefully, reasonably smart blog, but the domain was available and it makes me chuckle. And of course, an available domain name is always a bonus.)
